WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP (WARREN COUNTY) POLICE

HIRING: SCHOOL RESOURCE OFFICERS

The Washington Township Police Department (Warren County) is hiring and accepting applications from New Jersey Certified Law Enforcement Officers for the position of School Resource Officer.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or an equivalent recognized certificate
• Possess a valid New Jersey Driver's License
• Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with others
• Graduation from a recognized police academy and certified by the State of New Jersey Police Training Commission
• Must be retired less than 3 years or eligible to meet SLEO II or III certification.
• Pass a thorough background investigation and fingerprinting process
