Foundational Leadership Philosophy:
The course operates on the principle that leadership transcends rank and is fundamentally the capacity to guide people toward meaningful objectives. The instruction framework emphasizes three core leadership competencies:
- Character of Leadership: Examines who you are as a leader and how to consistently model and instill character traits throughout your organization without bias.
- Vision of Leadership: Focuses on establishing clear organizational direction and goals that enhance morale, performance, and team alignment.
- Accountability of Leadership: Explores reciprocal accountability systems where both leaders and team members hold one another to high standards.

Schedule Note:
This is a full 20-hour training program. The first two days run from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time, with the final day scheduled from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM local time.
About the Instructor:
Silouan Green brings over two decades of national speaking and teaching experience in leadership development, peer support, PTSD, and mental health services. He has conducted training for major organizations including the New York Police Department, National Park Service, Department of Homeland Security, California Highway Service, Chicago Police Department, and hundreds of additional police and sheriff's departments nationwide, as well as universities, military installations, and community mental health organizations.
Silouan's approach focuses on delivering practical, implementable tools and comprehensive perspectives that officers find both educational and immediately motivating. His instruction draws from extensive professional experience combined with personal resilience—he is a Vanderbilt University graduate and former Marine Corps officer whose service led to a serious back injury and the subsequent development of PTSD. His recovery journey, including a transformative two-year motorcycle expedition, shaped his lifelong commitment to helping others overcome trauma and build stronger organizations. He has authored three books: The Ladder UPP, Who Am I?, and Sycamore Hill.
