Course Overview

This comprehensive leadership training addresses the distinctive challenges that women officers encounter throughout their careers in law enforcement. Despite decades of progress, female representation in policing has remained relatively stagnant, and women continue to balance non-traditional career demands with household and family responsibilities. This course equips participants with the knowledge and practical tools necessary to identify barriers to advancement and develop the leadership competencies required for career progression and fulfillment.
