This comprehensive 24-hour program is designed for law enforcement leaders at all ranks who must make swift, sound decisions before, during, and after critical incidents. Course Content
Participants will develop skills in managing high-stress situations including active shooter scenarios, hostage negotiations, barricade situations, and major crime scenes. The curriculum emphasizes not only tactical response but also the critical leadership responsibilities that emerge during the aftermath phase.
The aftermath modules cover essential but frequently overlooked command responsibilities, including:
- Managing line-of-duty injuries and fatalities
- Coordinating family notifications and providing appropriate support services
- Navigating media relations and political considerations

- Supporting officer mental health and resilience
