About the Instructor
Silouan Green brings over two decades of national speaking and teaching experience in leadership, peer support, PTSD, and mental health. He has trained personnel for major organizations including the New York Police Department, National Park Service, Department of Homeland Security, California Highway Service, Chicago Police Department, Walter Reed Medical Center, and hundreds of police and sheriff's departments across the country.
A Vanderbilt University graduate and former U.S. Marine Corps commissioned officer, Silouan brings personal perspective to his teaching. Following a military jet training accident that resulted in back injury and PTSD, he devoted his career to helping others overcome trauma and develop resilience. His approach emphasizes practical, implementable strategies that participants can immediately deploy to strengthen team effectiveness and morale. Silouan is the author of three books: The Ladder UPP, Who Am I?, and Sycamore Hill.
