Course Focus Areas

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 15 days' notice is required for cancellations via email. Cancellations made with less than 15 days' notice will result in a department credit applicable to future training within one year. No-shows without prior notification will be charged the full course fee and will receive a one-year course credit toward future training.
