This two-day program is designed for law enforcement officers, field training officers, supervisors, and leaders at all levels who want to enhance their leadership capabilities without relying on formal rank. The course moves beyond conventional leadership frameworks to address the practical realities of decision-making, interpersonal influence, emotional awareness, and the informal cultures that define operations within departments and teams. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 21 days prior to the course start date qualify for a full refund minus a 5% processing fee. No refunds are available for cancellations within 21 days of the start date; however, students may be replaced at no additional cost.
