Overview:

This customized 40-hour No-Nonsense Leadership training program is designed to prepare both emerging and experienced leaders to enhance their decision-making abilities, communicate with confidence and authority, and successfully manage the complexities of contemporary workplace environments. Participants will acquire hands-on resources, valuable perspectives, and evidence-based approaches to amplify their effectiveness as leaders.

  • Receive comprehensive insights into your Tri-Metrix assessment, including your behavioral tendencies, primary motivators, and emotional intelligence metrics

Pre-Course Requirements:

All participants are required to complete a three-part online Tri-Metrix assessment prior to the start of the training. This assessment is integral to the program and will be reviewed and discussed during the course. A customized assessment link will be provided approximately 14 days before the training begins.

Cost: $795.00

Cancellation Policy:

Course registration is finalized only upon receipt of full payment. Substitutions are permitted provided the pre-work assessment has not yet been started. The deadline for cancellation with a registration fee refund minus a $50.00 processing charge is January 11, 2027. Attendees who have already completed the assessment will receive a credit that remains valid for one year to participate in the same or equivalent training program.
