Course Overview

This customized No-Nonsense Leadership program provides new and experienced leaders with the knowledge and tools necessary to make sound decisions, communicate with confidence and authority, and effectively address the complexities of modern workplace environments. Throughout this intensive 40-hour training experience, participants will acquire practical strategies and evidence-based methods to enhance their leadership effectiveness and influence.

Learning Outcomes

• Apply core No-Nonsense Leadership principles that every effective leader must understand and retain
• Implement strategic techniques to expand your influence and establish yourself as a respected leader with genuine authority
• Utilize practical tools designed to cultivate and enhance both personal and professional relationships in the workplace
• Identify the destructive impacts of toxic workplace behaviors and their negative effects on leadership effectiveness and team productivity
• Navigate organizational dynamics by understanding workplace politics and developing resilience
• Leverage effective communication and delegation strategies to accomplish objectives through team members
• Address workplace conflicts professionally and conduct challenging conversations with skill and confidence
• Recognize and develop appropriate responses to five prevalent difficult workplace behaviors
• Receive a comprehensive analysis of your Tri-Metrix assessment results, including insights into your behavioral tendencies, core values, and emotional intelligence

Pre-Training Requirements

All participants are required to complete a three-part online Tri-Metrix assessment before the training begins. This assessment is an integral part of the program curriculum and will be reviewed and discussed during the workshop. A personalized assessment link will be provided approximately two weeks prior to the start date.

Cancellation Policy

Registrations are finalized only upon receipt of full payment. Participant substitutions are permitted if the required pre-work assessment has not been started. The deadline for cancellation with a refund (minus a $50.00 processing fee) is October 19, 2026. If the original participant has already completed the assessment, a credit will be issued and may be applied toward the same or comparable training within one year.
