Montclair Township Police Department, NJ Police Jobs

Spring Semester: October 1st - December 1st
Summer Semester: March 1st - May 1st
Fall Semester: June 1st - August 1st
Winter Semester: Not Accepted

All Internship Applicants must follow the below guidelines:

  • Completed application
  • Current resume, with cover letter and a list of three references.
  • Submission to a modified background check
  • Official letter from College/University Internship Coordinator demonstrating approval for enrollment in internship and required hours.
  • Applicants must not have any previous criminal convictions
  • Schedule an appointment with the Internship Coordinator to submit the completed application by sending an email to chiggins@montclairnjusa.org.
  • Applicants must adhere to the internship schedule after it has been finalized. Interns calling out and frequent no-shows without prior notice will not be tolerated and will be grounds for termination of the internship.
