Becoming a Police Officer is a challenge and requires both focus and persistence. Applicants will undergo a rigorous screening process before being hired. The screening process includes a, Physical ability assessment, Written test, Oral board interview, Background investigation, Psychological examination, Subsequent interview(s), Drug screen, Medical examination, etc., etc. The process can take between three months to two years from start to finish.
