Course Overview:

This comprehensive training equips law enforcement officers with the competencies necessary to conduct thorough traffic crash investigations at any level of complexity. Throughout the course, participants will become familiar with established procedures for managing full crash investigations, master the Systematic Approach to Traffic Accident Investigation methodology, develop skills to identify and analyze physical evidence discovered at accident scenes, and gain proficiency in generating detailed and complete crash investigation reports.
