  • Use of force and legal considerations in street-level operations
  • Operational reconnaissance and tactical planning

Hands-On Training

Students engage in realistic force-on-force scenarios utilizing Glock simunitions. Practical exercises include buy/bust and sting operations, building entries with searches, subject takedowns, door breaching, weapon retention drills, weapon disarming, edged weapon defense techniques, and the effective use of stuns and distraction devices. Some training may occur during evening hours.

Target Audience

This training is designed for patrol officers, narcotics investigators, supervisors, and military investigative personnel. Enrollment is restricted to sworn law enforcement officers and personnel directly assigned to law enforcement agencies.
