About the Instructor

Silouan Green brings over two decades of national speaking and teaching experience in leadership, peer support, mental health, and trauma recovery. He has trained personnel from numerous prestigious organizations including the New York Police Department, Department of Homeland Security, National Park Service, Chicago Police Department, California Highway Service, and hundreds of law enforcement agencies nationwide, as well as military installations, universities, and mental health organizations.

A Vanderbilt University graduate and former Marine Corps officer, Silouan's background includes recovery from significant trauma sustained during military service. This personal journey shaped his commitment to helping others overcome adversity and has informed his practical, motivating approach to leadership instruction. His teachings are recognized for delivering actionable information that can be implemented immediately to improve team morale and operational effectiveness.
