Course Overview
This comprehensive 16-hour armorer certification program provides industry-standard credentials valid for five years. The course is designed for law enforcement agencies that are deploying carbine rifle systems to patrol officers, supervisors, and tactical units. Participants will gain the qualifications needed to service and maintain these weapon systems on an ongoing basis.
Course Details
The instruction covers all M16, AR15, M4, and AR308 type weapons systems and their variants. Students will become certified in proper maintenance, care, and repair procedures for these platforms, including both semi-automatic and select-fire trigger systems. The program adheres to manufacturer guidelines and is taught by FBI and NRA certified instructors, with primary instruction provided by Greg Sullivan ("Sully"), a highly respected expert who has been featured in SWAT Magazine and published in Guns & Ammo Magazine, Gun & Weapons for Law Enforcement Magazine, Shooting Times Magazine, and Precision Rifle Magazine.

Course Format
This intensive, hands-on two-day program runs from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM each day with a one-hour lunch break. All required tools, manuals, and instructional materials are provided. Students are required to bring their own weapon systems to become familiar with their specific configurations and any modifications, allowing for thorough cleaning, inspection, and necessary repairs or parts replacement during the course.
