Applicants must comply with the following basic qualification standards:

Possess Certification from the NJ Police Training Commission for the Basic Course for Special law enforcement officer Class II
United States Citizen that possesses a valid driver’s license
Age 18 or older
Possess a High School Diploma or Equivalent
Be of good moral character
Good physical condition
Pass Background Investigation, Medical Examination, Psychological Profile, Police Training Commission Licensing
