MOUNTAIN LAKE POLICE DEPARTMENT
NOW TESTING FOR
ENTRY LEVEL POLICE OFFICERS
This application process is open to all individuals who are currently not NJ PTC Certified or who are Certified Police Officers in a state other than NJ.
Written Examination
The written examination will take place on January 19th at 6 PM at Mountain Lakes High School. 96 Powerville Road, Mountain Lakes, NJ 07046 in the Auxiliary gym.
Minimum Requirements
- Must be a resident of NJ (At time of appointment)
- Must be a United States Citizen
- Must be between 21 and 35 years of age.
- Possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
- Must have the ability to perform all tasks and duties of a Police Officer.
- Must possess a valid NJ driver’s license.
Must not have a criminal history and must be of good moral character.
