Salary Range:  $73,220 - $89,002/year

*Upon Completion of FTO Program, advance to $76,127/yr. (Eff. 07-01-24 salary increases to $78,639)

 

General Notice:  The City of Bristol is accepting applications for Connecticut Certified Police Officer testing to establish a lateral certification eligibility list for filling vacancies.  Testing includes:  Written exam, oral exam, background investigation, psychological, polygraph & physical exam.

 

Qualifications:  Requires valid CT POST Certification, CT Driver’s License, high school graduate or equivalent, and U.S. Citizen.  Connecticut Certified Police Officers with two years of post-certification experience desired.
