Field Training Program Manager Certification Course

Course Overview

Successful Field Training Programs require more than just qualified Field Training Officers. They need strong leadership, consistent management oversight, and effective program administration. This 20-hour certification course is designed to equip Field Training Supervisors, Coordinators, and Managers with the competencies needed to successfully oversee, manage, and assess their organization's Field Training Program. Participants will gain knowledge and skills in critical areas including FTO recruitment and oversight, employee performance assessment, DOR quality control, supplemental training initiatives, complex decision-making processes, legal compliance, and program accountability measures.

Using hands-on activities and case studies based on real-world situations, attendees will develop the management expertise required to elevate training quality, handle performance issues effectively, and maintain a reliable, legally defensible, and high-functioning Field Training Program.
