Advanced Field Training Officer Course
This comprehensive two-day program is specifically designed for Field Training Officers (FTOs) and department FTO coordinators seeking to strengthen their abilities in communication, instruction, and record-keeping. Given the current legal environment, the role of FTOs in preparing new officers and preventing negligent retention concerns has never been more critical. Through a combination of instructional presentations, collaborative group activities, and practical hands-on exercises, attendees will expand their expertise and effectiveness as training professionals and mentors.
