Course Overview
This intensive 40-hour program equips members of Crisis Negotiation Teams, law enforcement personnel, mental health professionals, school administrators, and other response professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively manage and resolve critical incidents involving barricaded subjects, hostage situations, and individuals experiencing behavioral health crises.

The curriculum integrates established negotiation principles, field-proven practices, and expert instruction to create a comprehensive learning experience. Participants engage through a variety of instructional methods including interactive lectures, structured discussions, hands-on practice laboratories, realistic role-playing scenarios, and practical application exercises that mirror actual operational conditions.
