Understanding the pervasive effects of trauma on both individuals and communities, this training focuses on modernizing policing practices through the integration of trauma-informed methodologies in all law enforcement interactions.

Participants will explore key warning signs and strategies that officers and supervisors should monitor to prevent vicarious trauma and cumulative stress from affecting themselves, their families, fellow colleagues, or the communities they serve.
