Course Overview
This intensive three-day program prepares public safety professionals to become effective instructors and trainers within their organizations. Participants will develop a strong foundation in teaching methodologies, presentation strategies, and adult learning principles while building practical skills in lesson planning, course design, and instructional delivery.
The course combines theoretical knowledge with hands-on practice, allowing students to create and deliver their own instructional presentations. Attendees will learn how to engage adult learners effectively, utilize various instructional resources and technologies, and continuously improve their training delivery based on feedback and assessment.

- Master the fundamental elements of lesson planning, instructional design, and course development
- Understand and apply adult learning principles, recognize different learning styles, and select appropriate instructional methodologies for various classroom settings
