Course Overview
This three-day course addresses the essential role that cellular devices play in contemporary law enforcement investigations. Many officers lack comprehensive understanding of the diverse applications of mobile phones in criminal investigations. Participants will receive systematic instruction covering the complete lifecycle of cell phone evidence—from initial seizure through evidence preservation, forensic analysis, and courtroom presentation. By completing this training, attendees will develop the competencies and hands-on experience required to appropriately manage cellular data and evidence throughout an investigation and court proceedings.
