His undercover career spanning more than a decade included direct operational involvement in sensitive cases throughout Asia, the Middle East, and Europe, with focus on narcotics interdiction, weapons trafficking, and financial crime. His unique qualifications include obtaining full-patch status within a 1%er outlaw motorcycle club during an undercover operation. Matthew currently provides specialized guidance to law enforcement agencies, government entities, and international financial organizations regarding money laundering risks, organized crime dynamics, undercover methodologies, and evolving financial threats.
