Day 3: Advanced Criminal Law
Crime elements, case law, Law of Arrest, venue, statute of limitations, Crimes Against Persons (Murder/Manslaughter, Assault/Battery, Sexual Assault, Robbery, Stalking, Threats), Crimes Against Property (Arson, Burglary, Larceny), Controlled Substances/Conspiracy, Firearms, and Accessory liability.
Day 4: Massachusetts Juvenile Law
Juvenile Justice System and differences from adult criminal law, greater protections for juveniles, Juvenile Court Jurisdiction, Community Caretaker, Mandated Reporting (51A), Care & Protection, Child Requiring Assistance, Common Crimes Against/By Juveniles, Delinquency, Diversion & Restorative Justice, Juvenile Miranda, Search & Seizure, Arrest Procedures, Information Sharing.
Day 5: Advanced Massachusetts Motor Vehicle Law
