Advanced Accreditation Manager Certification
Advanced Accreditation Manager Certification for Law Enforcement
This is a comprehensive 5-day virtual training program designed for law enforcement professionals who have already completed foundational accreditation training and are ready to deepen their expertise. Beginning on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, the course moves well beyond introductory concepts to tackle the sophisticated and complex standards that often present the greatest challenges during accreditation reviews.
Unlike the foundational Accreditation Manager Certification Program, which covers basic elements such as written directives and foundational proofs, the Advanced Accreditation Manager Certification zeroes in on high-level compliance issues that agencies frequently struggle with. The curriculum includes an in-depth examination of challenging standards and their supporting documentation requirements, including Recruitment Plans, Continuity of Operations Plans, Succession Planning, Workload Analysis, Evidence Inspections, Unusual Occurrence Plans, CIMRS systems, and Citizen Surveys. Participants will work through real-world scenarios to understand how to build and substantiate the detailed reports and comprehensive analyses that accreditation standards demand.
By the conclusion of this program, participants will possess practical tools and strategies to successfully address even the most demanding accreditation requirements, from the initial written directive through the comprehensive proof documentation that agencies must develop and maintain.
Who Should Participate
This advanced program is ideal for Accreditation Managers, administrative team members, supervisors, and command-level staff who have already completed either the Basic Accreditation Training or the DLG Accreditation Manager Certification Program. Participants must meet the prerequisite requirement of having completed one of these foundational courses before enrolling.
