This two-day interactive training event is specifically tailored for female law enforcement officers seeking to develop advanced tactical competencies and personal strategies to succeed in the modern policing environment. Day One concentrates on the foundational components of advanced female enforcer training. Day Two transitions to the "Both Sides of The Badge" segment, which explores the unique pressures female officers navigate throughout their 24-hour professional lives.
