Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 15 days' notice prior to the course start date is required for cancellations submitted via email. Cancellations made with fewer than 15 days' notice will receive a department credit applicable to future training within one year. Participants who do not attend without prior email notification will be charged the full course fee; however, a one-year future course credit will be issued.
