Advanced Field Training Officer Course
This two-day training program, scheduled for March 4-5, 2027, is tailored for Field Training Officers (FTOs) and departmental FTO coordinators who want to strengthen their instructional capabilities, interpersonal communication, and record-keeping practices. In today's litigious environment, the role of FTOs in preparing new personnel and preventing negligent retention issues is more important than ever. Through a blend of instructional sessions, collaborative group work, and hands-on activities, attendees will build proficiency in mentoring and documentation while enhancing their effectiveness as training leaders.
