This scenario-based training program equips correctional officers who transport inmates outside of secure facilities with the critical skills needed to manage custody in uncontrolled environments. The course focuses on the tactical, legal, and administrative dimensions of maintaining proper chain of custody procedures in settings such as courthouses and hospital facilities, where standard institutional security protocols cannot be fully applied.
