About Us

New Hope Borough is one of Pennsylvania's most unique and recognizable communities, offering a policing experience unlike that of a typical small town. Located along the scenic Delaware River in Bucks County, approximately one hour from Philadelphia and 90 minutes from New York City, New Hope is home to approximately 2,600 residents but welcomes well over one million visitors annually. As one of the region's premier tourist destinations, the Borough's daytime and weekend population regularly grows far beyond its resident population.
