Now Hiring: Full-Time Police/Fire Dispatcher
The Town of Warren, RI is accepting applications for a full-time Police/Fire Dispatcher position.
Schedule: Rotating shifts (4 days on / 2 days off), covering 24/7 operations—including holidays. Applicants must be prepared for a variety of shifts and occasional short-notice call-backs.
Duties include:
Answering emergency and routine phone calls
Dispatching police and fire services
Greeting the public
Clerical and data entry tasks
Qualifications:
Ability to multi-task under pressure
Strong computer skills
Preference given to applicants with prior dispatch experience in fire service and/or law enforcement
Pay & Benefits:
$25.52 per hour
