The Palmyra Police Department, located in Burlington County, New Jersey, is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Police Officer. Our Department is comprised of 17 full-time officers and includes both a Patrol Division and an Investigative Division. We pride ourselves on professionalism, community engagement, and proactive policing. Ideal candidates will demonstrate integrity, dedication, and a strong commitment to serving the residents of Palmyra.
Minimum Requirements
- New Jersey Police Training Commission Certification for Basic Police Officer of Class II Police Officer.
- 21 to 35 Years of Age
- Valid NJ Driver's License
Job Description/General Duties
Under the direction of a supervisor, a patrolman is required to perform general law enforcement work involving the protection of life and property through the enforcement of laws.
