Community Overview
Greenland, New Hampshire is a small Seacoast community with a population of approximately 4,100 residents, covering about 13 square miles. Located just 10 minutes from Portsmouth and 20 minutes from the beaches of Rye and Hampton, Greenland offers a perfect balance of small-town charm and coastal access.
The town is home to its own Elementary and Middle School within SAU 50 and provides easy access to Great Bay, New Hampshire’s largest estuary—ideal for boating, hiking, fishing, and birdwatching. Greenland also borders Interstate 95, allowing travel times of 60 minutes or less to Boston, MA or Portland, ME, with quick access to NH Route 101.
