Deputy Sheriff Entry-Level
Starting Salary: $63,128 yearly / $30.35 hourly

We Offer:
- Promotion to Deputy First Class after three (3) years of full-time satisfactory service
- $700 annual clothing/uniform allowance, $150 annual shoe allowance
- Paid Vacation: 80 hours a year, accrual begins upon employment (full-time employees)
- Paid Sick Leave: 4.62 hrs per pay period / 120 hours annually, no maximum accrual
- Paid Personal Leave: 48 hours annually (full-time employees)
- Paid Holidays: 13-15 days per year
- Paid Bereavement Leave: Up to 3 days per qualifying occurrence

Minimum Qualifications Include:
- Must be 21 years old at the time of graduation from the Law Enforcement Academy
- Must have High School Diploma or GED Equivalency
- Must be a United States Citizen
- Must hold a valid driver’s license
