PATROL OFFICER

Minimum Requirements:
- 21 – 35 years of age
- Citizen of the United State and resident of New Jersey
- Good moral character
- Valid NJ driver license
- Medically fit
- No criminal history
- Proficient in ability to read, write, and speak the English language
Job Description/General Duties:
| Maintain order and protect community. Enforce criminal laws, motor vehicle laws, and borough ordinances. Respond to calls for service. Represent the department in a professional and courteous manner. Demonstrate a presence that deters criminal activity. Actively involved in community policing. Treat people with respect and dignity in a way that reflects the values of the department. Work with fellow officers as a team. |
