PRE-REQUISITES:

  • Interested applicants must have taken and passed the Physical Ability Assessment administered by Complete Health & Injury Prevention, Inc. (C.H.I.P.) before an application can be submitted to the City of Middletown.   • Interested applicants must have taken and passed the written examination administered by the Connecticut Police Chiefs Association before an application can be submitted to the City of Middletown. A passing score of 70% is required.
