Public Safety Dispatcher (Telecommunicator)
Public Safety Dispatcher (Telecommunicator): Collective Bargaining Position:
The Bethel Police Department is seeking a Public Safety Dispatcher to work within the Bethel Police Department Communications Division. Dispatchers are required to dispatch Police, Fire and provide EMD Services.
Minimum Application Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a G.E.D.
- Possess a valid motor vehicle operator’s license.
Probationary Employee Qualification/State Certifications:
- State of Connecticut Telecommunicator Certification
- State of Connecticut Collect System Certification
Hiring Process will include:
