JOB DESCRIPTION
The Office Administrator provides administrative, financial, procurement, and records management support to ensure efficient operations. Responsibilities include managing correspondence, payroll and leave records, accounts payable, procurement activities, vendor relations, and office resources. The position supports budget development, expenditure tracking, financial reporting, invoice processing, and records retention compliance. Serving as a liaison between staff, leadership, Human Resources, finance personnel, vendors, and external partners, the Office Administrator ensures accurate recordkeeping, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer service. The role promotes accountability, identifies process improvements, and supports departmental goals through strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Success requires financial and procurement knowledge, attention to detail, confidentiality, adaptability, and proficiency with office technology.
