Deputy - Maryland Certified
Starting Salary: Full-Time $55,037 - $60,694 annually
Part-time $26.46 - $29.18 hourly
We Offer:
- Promotion to Deputy First Class after three years of full-time satisfactory service
- Annual clothing/uniform/shoe allowance
- Paid Vacation: 80 hours a year, accrual begins upon employment (full-time employees)
- Sick Leave: 4.62 hrs per pay period / 120 hours annually, no maximum accrual
- Personal Leave: 48 hours annually (full-time employees)
- Holidays: 13-15 days per year
- Bereavement Leave: Up to 3 days per qualifying occurrence

Minimum Qualifications Include:
- Must be 21 years old
- Must have High School Diploma or GED Equivalency
- Must be a United States Citizen
- Must hold a valid driver’s license
- Must have successfully completed Entrance Level Academy as set forth by the Maryland Police Corrections Training Commission
