POLICE OFFICER
The Town of Winchester is accepting applications for CT POSTC Certified Police Officers to fill full time positions.

SALARY
$51,180 to $68,029 based on years of service.
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates must be 21 years of age and possess a valid Connecticut Drivers License and a high school diploma or equivalent.
- All candidates will be required to successfully complete written and oral examinations, physical wellness exam including drug screening, background investigation, polygraph examination, psychological examination, and Police Chief’s interview.
- All candidates must pass the written examination administered by the Connecticut Police Chiefs Association (CPCA) prior to submitting a completed application to the Town of Winchester.
- A copy of CT POSTC certification card must accompany application for certified officers.
