FULL-TIME POLICE OFFICER
The West Brookfield Police Department is seeking qualified applicants for a full-time Police Officer.
The Town of West Brookfield offers a competitive starting salary and benefits package including an education incentive, shift differential, longevity, fitness incentive, and a generous vacation package. We also offer 14 paid holidays and up to 2.5 times pay for working holidays. Blue Cross and Blue Shield Health Insurance (75/25), and we also offer Blue Cross and Blue Shield dental.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Candidates must also possess a Massachusetts driver’s license and active firearms license or can obtain one. Preference will be to applicants must have successfully completed a Massachusetts Police Training Committee – MPTC Academy and currently certified by the POST Commission. Must pass background investigation, physical and psychological evaluation.
