NJPT Certified Police Officer
The North Caldwell Police Department is seeking PTC certified or PTC waiver candidates to apply for the position of Police Officer.
PTC waiver candidates must have one year of service with their current agency to be considered eligible to apply for the position.
Candidate must be a United State Citizen and a resident of New Jersey, have high school diplomas, a Valid NJ Driver’s license, must pass an extensive background check, Medical exam, Physical exam, and Psychological examination.
Starting probation salary for 2023 is $45,584 pursuant to PBA Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Benefits are through the New Jersey State Health Benefits Program.
