ATLANTIC HIGHLANDS POLICE DEPARTMENT
JOB ANNOUNCEMENT
CLASS II SPECIAL OFFICER
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Resident of New Jersey and Citizen of the United States
- Must be able to read, write, and speak the English Language
- High School Diploma or its equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- Possess a valid New Jersey Driver’s License
- Possess a valid Class II Special Officer Certificate
- Must be of good moral character, sound body, and good health
- No criminal record
- Able to pass medical examination, psychological evaluation, background examination and drug screening
JOB DESCRIPTION / GENERAL DUTIES:
Special Police Officers work year round 28 hours a week @ $22/hr. SLEO II’s will also be eligible to work off duty work. Interested applicants are to submit a resume to the Atlantic Highlands Police Department. |
