ALLENSTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR SCHOOL RESOURCE OFFICER
The Allenstown Police Department has a full-time opening for a School Resource Officer that will serve the town's newly built K-8 school during the school year and work for the PD during the times the school is not in session.
The SRO will serve as a visible and approachable law enforcement presence at the Allenstown Community School, helping ensure the safety and well-being of students, staff, and visitors while fostering positive relationships between the school community and law enforcement.
Applicants must be full-time certified and have at least three years patrol experience or currently serve as an SRO.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3 Years experience as a certified officer
- High School Diploma or GED
- College education and/or military experience preferred
- Valid Driver's License
- US Citizen
- Unquestionable Integrity
- Desire to serve others
