The Caldwell Police Department consists of 18 sworn police officers. Caldwell Borough is located in Essex County New Jersey and has approximately 9,000 residents. Caldwell is a small community that stretches a little over one mile in length in western Essex County.
It is the mission of the Caldwell Police Department to protect, serve and enhance the quality of life for the citizens of the Borough of Caldwell.
