PUBLIC SAFETY DISPATCHER
Job summary-public safety dispatchers perform highly responsible duties that include working with both citizens and members of the public safety community. This position will dispatch police, fire, and rescue in a timely and professional manner.
Salary- starting at 43k, 48k after completing 6 month probationary period, 50k after 18 months. Can be adjusted based on experience. Also overtime as well as opportunity to work details.

Work Schedule- shifts 7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a or a combination of these shifts. You are assigned 5 days on 2 days off which include weekends and holidays.
Qualifications- Must be 21yoa, High school diploma or GED, Experience with Microsoft Office preferred.
Working Conditions- subject to voluntary or mandatory call back while off duty, office environment, maybe exposed to situations that could cause mental stress.
Conditions of Employment- Must pass background check-extensive, drug screening test, on the job training, show competency and pass probation period of 180 days.
Process- includes but not limited to oral interview, pre-employment physical and psychological tests, and extensive background check.
