BOUROUGH OF STATE COLLEGE POLICE DEPARTMENT

We are actively recruiting for testing to create a new State College Police Officer hiring eligibility list.  Our initial phase of testing will be here in State College on February 2^nd, 14^th, and 16^th.  Applicants can sign up through the following link and pick their preferred testing date from the three choices. https://selfservice.statecollegepa.us/MSSProd/employmentopportunities/default.aspx

A detailed description of our testing process and minimum requirements can be found in our Police Officer Testing Guide https://www.statecollegepa.us/DocumentCenter/View/20609/2020-Police-Officer-Testing-Packet.  There is also an overview of our salary and benefits in that guide an also attached to this email.  A brief overview of our testing process is as follows:  A pass/fail physical fitness test, followed by a scored written examination, a B-Pad (response to video scenarios) evaluation, oral board interview which results in a final eligibility list.
