THE PLYMOUTH POLICE DEPARTMENT IS NOW HIRING FOR THE POSITION OF

ENTRY LEVEL POLICE OFFICER

TOWN OF PLYMOUTH

POLICE OFFICER POSITION

The Town of Plymouth a rural community in Litchfield County covering 22.4 square miles and home to approximately 12,000 residents with a police department comprised of twenty-four (24) officers is accepting applications for the position of Police Officer on-line through PoliceApp.com. Individuals must meet POST Entry Level Requirements.  Salary $58,600.20 to $82,047.25.  All candidates must be twenty-one (21) years of age, possess a high school diploma or GED and a valid CT driver's license, and be a non-smoker.  Must pass written, oral, Cooper Standards Physical Fitness Test, psychological, polygraph, physical examination, drug screening, and background investigation.  Paid vacation, holiday, personal, sick, and bonus time, uniform/cleaning allowance, longevity pay, MERS Pension Plan, excellent benefits package, four (4) days on and two (2) days off work schedule.
